Kim Bishop is the Economic Development Coordinator at CRCOG. Prior to CRCOG, Kim supported economic development in the region as Chief Talent Officer at the MetroHartford Alliance. Kim is a graduate of University of Connecticut with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies.
Favorite thing to do in CT: I’m a huge fan of live music and Connecticut has so many great venues to see larger touring acts as well as local talent!
One organization I support: I’m a proud Board member of the YMCA of Greater Hartford. The work that they do to support youth and families throughout the region is so impactful – from daycare, to day camps, health and fitness, to supporting seniors, the Y has something for everyone.
Activity outside of work: My two sons keep me busy outside of work! We enjoy local parks, museums, and farms, especially those with ice cream.
