A Connecticut native, I grew up in the state’s Quiet Corner, settling in Willimantic, where I received a degree from Eastern Connecticut State University and lived without a car for seventeen years. I am passionate about community engagement, green mobility, and local food movements. Before coming to CRCOG, I worked in operations at Windham Region Transit District, and in transportation and emergency management planning at Windham Region Council of Governments (WINCOG).
