Windsor Station, Windsor

About
The Windsor Station apartments are an example of recently-built Transit-Oriented Development (TOD). The Town amended its zoning to encourage higher density within walking distance to the CT Rail Station. Studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom homes are offered here.
This emerging downtown neighborhood offers a welcoming, close-knit feel while standing apart from Windsor Center with its own distinct identity. Landmark features like the clock tower, scenic pond walk, and historic train station give it a sense of identity and charm. Looking ahead, there’s exciting potential to grow with new amenities, services, and retail that will make the area even more vibrant.
The building breaks up the facade using different types of siding and other building treatments.
