On Tuesday, April 29, 2025, CRCOG hosted a workshop to review the U.S. Department of Transportation’s FY2025 Safe Streets and Roads for All Grant Program, and how to apply. The grant program makes nearly $1B available for planning, infrastructure, behavioral and operational initiatives that will prevent death and serious injury on roadways. CRCOG and Connecticut Department of Transportation reviewed the program and application requirements.
